You send us all the information you can provide for your new website.

2. Design / UI

We launch into the Design Phase and create three unique website mockups for you. You can request as many changes or new mockups as you like until we found the perfect design for you and your brand.

2.1 Design

After confirming the design of your choice, we will create one more mockup of the mobile look and feel (UI) of the website.

3. Development

The Design Phase is cleared and we initiate the Development Phase. At this stage our development team will build the front-end and back-end of your new website.

4. Review Round 1

We will give you access to the first, fully functional version of your website. You have 14 days to provide us with as much feedback as you like. After you sent us all your feedback, we will implement all of it in one process.

5. Review Round 2

You have another chance to review the adjusted website after the first Review Round. Again, you have 14 days to provide us with feedback and then we implement all of it.

6. Launch

After we made sure that we implemented all your feedback of the second Review Round the launch of the website follows. This can either be on a remote hosting service or on MB CloudHost.

7. Review Round 3

After your website launched, you have one more time the chance to request changes. This Review Round is intended to be for minor changes and you have again 14 days to send us feedback.

8. Warranty

Until any code has been changed by you or an external party, the website is under MB Warranty. This means if you detect a hiccup at a later stage, you can always contact us and we will fix it free of charge. Please keep in mind that this does only apply to hiccups detected with devices and web browser versions available at the time of the website launch. Future web browsers or devices that come with new requirements are not covered by this warranty.

MB Ultra is not just a website, but an Online Marketing toolkit that happens to include also an amazing website. It is perfect for businesses that are looking for a long term Online Marketing partner that helps them to grow beyond their websites. MB Websites are for businesses that require custom solutions and features to serve their target audience in the best way possible. Usually the businesses that use MB Websites have their own, in-house Marketing team that takes care of the content management after we deliver the MB Website.

In short, you own everything. The code, the design and content.

If you are located in Asia, you can use MB CloudHost. It is our private hosting service for MB Websites only and specifically optimized for performance. Alternatively, you can use any web hosting provider of your choice. If you are unsure, you can also ask our specialists for any other web hosting recommendations.

We usually require 30% deposit upfront and 70% after the delivery/launch of your MB website. In special situations we do allow monthly payments. Please contact us to discuss the different options.

Yes. Until we start the development phase the project can be cancelled and the deposit will be 100% refunded. In this situation we keep the ownership of any designs that may have been created until then.

FAQs

We want to give you as much freedom as possible. You can cancel MB Ultra at any time.

You own all the content and the website’s design. This includes all images, artworks and texts we created for you. If you ever decide to cancel MB Ultra, we can provide you with a file that includes all content. This file can be read by Microsoft Excel or similar apps. Please keep in mind that we will not be able to share the backend (PHP) code of the website with you, but you are free to re-use the Design/Layout after you cancel your service. E.g. by saving the HTML output for each page and host it statically.

In short, yes. MB Ultra is hosted with Google Cloud inside a custom Kubernetes Cluster. Essentially it is a network of a lot of web servers that make sure that your website is always fast and responsive no matter how many website visitors using it concurrently. We also include one free domain with MB Ultra. However, please keep in mind that we will not be able to transfer the domain to another service within the first year of MB Ultra service, but we can point it to any webserver of your choice if necessary.

Yes, MB Ultra includes a basic email service with unlimited email accounts and a storage limit of 1GB for each account. If you need a more advanced email service, we can highly recommend Google G Suite and help you set it up with MB Ultra. (G Suite usage fees must be paid directly to Google)

You will be asked to transfer the base price in full prior we work on your website. After the first two weeks, we are usually ready with the first prototype of your website that you can take for a test drive. At that time we will also send you the first invoice for the first month of MB Ultra usage. All our invoices allow you two weeks to make the payment and the final payment date usually aligns with the day of the website launch. To avoid any delays, we recommend all MB Ultra customers to prepare the website content prior starting the website creation process. If you have more questions about our processes, please reach out to us at any time. After the website has launched, you will receive every month an invoice for the MB Ultra service. Important: We are aware that some website may require more time than most other websites. If your website is affected by this, we usually make exceptions and delay the first monthly MB Ultra invoice until your are happy with the result.

Furthermore we will launch the MB Ultra Portal in December 2019 for all MB Ultra customers. The portal will not only allow us to make requests, but also provide you with more detailed reports and data about your website at any time.

Of course! If you can prove that you paid for a new website in the last twelve (12) months and would like us to re-create the website in the MB Ultra network with the same design, then we wave the base fee of 25,000.00THB. If you paid for a website that is older than twelve (12) months or would like to get a new design, please feel free to choose our standard sign up process.

For simple requests we usually need one business day. If your request requires more time, we will let you know.
